 HotUSAfurniture.com Sales Terms:

1. All our items are brand new top quality and come from a manufacturer and needs to be approved upon availability.

Manufacturer companies are closed after 5p.m (ES time) during weekdays and closed on the weekend.
If you will place your order after 5 p.m. or over the weekend we won’t be able to provide you with the information if that particular item is available. As soon as we will have all the information about the item of your interest we will contact you via e-mail or phone.

2. Most manufacturers have only 80%-90% items in stock, please call or e-mail us before ordering. If the item you are interested is out of stock we will give you an approximate date or contact you (upon request) when it becomes available.

Please let us know if there are some obstacles such as small or narrow corridor, floors, walk-ups, basements. In some cases we can disassemble the item (if it is not already comes in pieces). We strongly encourage you to contact us as only 70% of the furniture can be disassembled. Should any problem occur with measurements during delivery you will be responsible for it if furniture won’t fit. In this case you can ask for a full refund but some charges such as: restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price will be applied. Shipping charges will be deducted; if your delivery was free actual delivery charge might be deducted from your refund as well. 

4. Even if you have standard door entrance but narrow corridor, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information. For any problem occurring during delivery (if you didn’t notify us about obstacles discussed above) HotUSAfurniture are not responsible.

5. You should be at home at the time of delivery, if you are not home during delivery time. Delivery charge will be applied for the next attempt. There will be no delivery if there is no one at home who’s age are 18 years or older.

6.  Please NOTE: delivery men are not responsible for some of the work with furniture such as adjust or hang mirrors/cabinets to the wall or electronic devices.  

7. Please understand a human nature we all can make a mistake, if any error should occur we won’t be responsible and that particular item will not be sold for that price. HotUSAfurniture reserves the right to discontinue or change product specifications and prices without prior notice.

8. NOTE: Any packaging material such as paper, boxes, and foamed plastics will be left at your place. You may ask delivery men to help you throw any packaging material away. 

9. We would not take any responsibilities if any delays should occur especially if you live far away and delivery men have a lot of deliveries on the way to you location or the item of your interest becomes unavailable (out of stock). We will do our best to find out when manufacturer will have the item in stock and give you most updated information as well as our driver/delivery man will keep you informed how soon they will be at your location. 


Cancellation Policy

1. You have the right to cancel an order at any time before your item is not shipped out from a manufacturer warehouse. If you cancel your order after manufacturer ships out your order we will apply restocking fee of 25%. As we get all the furniture from a manufacturer every time when there is an order. All orders from you and manufacturer are individual. The manufacturer will not accept or will accept but will charge a restocking fee that is why we have to charge you a restocking fee.

If your order is already shipped and it is on its way to your address and you would like to cancel the order you will be charged for delivery (if it’s not free) and will be charged for returning delivery/shipping cost.

2. HotUSAfurniture.com reserves a right to cancel any order at any time, for any reason. Of course, if we are cancelling by ourselves, 100% of your payment will be refunded with no penalty.

3. Cancelling an order can be costly, please make sure that you are placing an ordering on what you want. 
Please, let us know as soon as possible that you would like to cancel your order, before it will be shipped either from manufacturer or if it is on its way to your location. 


Colors Policy

HotUSAfurniture cannot guarantee that the color on the picture of the ordered item would match 100% with the actual color of the furniture you will get.

Note: Color discrepancies may occur between picture and actual product due to computer screen difference. Due to our specific business pictures are taken from a different sources such as different manufacturers. We do our best to describe the item, the actual color of the item can be found in the description section. There is a slight difference between the color in the description and color on the picture due to knowledge and different techniques used by a photographer.

We do not/will not accept exchange/return due to color matters as we count on the pictures provided by our provider.


Return Policy

All returns/exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the delivery day. The actual cost of the delivery will not be included. If your order was delivered to you for free we will charge you the actual shipping/delivery cost and it will be subtracted from the refund.

In most cases HotUSAfurniture does not guarantee that pick up or disassembly service can be provided at certain location/situation.

Please remember there is a 25% restocking fee which will be applied to any item returned.

Keep in mind items without an original package cannot be returned, No Exceptions. As we do not have warehouse and all items come direct from a manufacturer we do not accept unpacked (for example mattresses) and assembled items. Also we do not accept damaged/scratched items as well as any Special Deals and Final Sale.


Warranty Information 

All products sold on the website come with 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty.

HotUSAfurniture.com does NOT offer nor extend any warranty for the furniture that we sell, since we do not actually manufacture it. As a company, we are only responsible to deliver you the furniture in a perfect condition. Warranty is given by a manufacturer. If some of the furniture at the date of delivery (or within 7 days) is found defective or damaged - we will exchange it at no cost. However, you should be aware that most of these claims will be declined if you signed the invoice that you received your furniture in perfect condition, so you must inspect your furniture at the time of delivery. In case you inspected your furniture, signed delivery invoice and then found damage and request us to exchange the piece, another delivery charge might be applied. All other claims about defects or imperfections found later should be mailed to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. , including your order number, picture(s) and description of the defect. All exchanges / fixes are completely covered and decided/processed by manufacturers, not by us, we act as a 'bridge' between you and manufacturer. We keep tight relationships with our manufacturers, and claims will be sent to them. If manufacturer approves your claim finding the item(s) defective - we will gladly exchange it, providing you with the shipment of the replacement parts at our expense.

Change of Terms

HotUSAfurniture may, at its sole discretion, revise or add new terms to these Conditions from time to time without notice to you. Such revisions and additions shall be deemed effective immediately upon notice, which HotUSAfurniture may give by any means, including, without limitation, by posting the revised Conditions on the HotUSAfurniture Services. You are responsible for reviewing the HotUSAfurniture Services for any modifications to these Conditions that may affect your rights or obligations. Any access or use by you of the HotUSAfurniture Services after changes to these Conditions will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.
